Paper-Based Courses
A paper-based basic food hygiene course is available and this training package has also been awarded the Certificate of Quality and Merit by the Royal Institute of Public Health. Short self-assessment tests are included in the course so that progress can be checked. As with the CD ROM based course there is access to a tutor by phone, e-mail or post if any assistance is needed. Successful students who pass the final tests receive a certificate at no additional charge. The paper based course is available in both English and Chinese.
