Food Hygiene Training

Food Hygiene Regulations require all food handlers to be supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters. The Healthy Distance Basic Food Hygiene and Level 2 Food Safety courses fully meet this legal requirement through the convenience of online and CD ROM training.

Healthy Distance is an approved Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) Training Centre. The Healthy Distance food hygiene courses are suitable for study leading to the RIPH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety in Catering, Retailing and Manufacturing.
